I’ve been really enjoying cooking from the Nourishing Traditions Cookbook lately. We mostly eat in accordance with the Weston A. Price / Ancestral diet these days, and boy oh boy let me tell you – it does not feel like a diet (ps: it’s not). I never feel deprived and we still get to eat plenty of delicious foods!
