Fluffy & Delicious Pancakes from Scratch
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 cup Milk cow's or plant-based
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 bam Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter (plus more for frying the pancakes)
Instructions
- Add egg to a 1 cup measuring cup, fill to the 1c line with milk. Whisk & set aside.
- Mix your dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add your liquid ingredients to your dry & whisk slowly while adding in Vanilla Extract & Melted Butter. Allow to sit ~5 minutes to thicken slightly while skillet preheats.
- Preheat Cast Iron skillet or griddle over medium-low/medium heat.
- Put a pat of butter down in your pan, add pancake mix & cook until small bubbles appear (2-3 mins), flip & cook additional minute or until done.
