Fluffy & Delicious Pancakes from Scratch

Delicious, quick and easy recipe showing you how to make pancakes from scratch at home and have them on the table in 20 minutes or less!

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 cup Milk cow's or plant-based
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 bam Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter (plus more for frying the pancakes)

Instructions

  • Add egg to a 1 cup measuring cup, fill to the 1c line with milk. Whisk & set aside.
  • Mix your dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Add your liquid ingredients to your dry & whisk slowly while adding in Vanilla Extract & Melted Butter. Allow to sit ~5 minutes to thicken slightly while skillet preheats.
  • Preheat Cast Iron skillet or griddle over medium-low/medium heat.
  • Put a pat of butter down in your pan, add pancake mix & cook until small bubbles appear (2-3 mins), flip & cook additional minute or until done.
