Healthy & Refreshing Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe

A light, refreshing and healthy chicken salad recipe, perfect on healthy bread or a bed of crisp lettuce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rotisserie Chicken (or any cooked chicken)
  • 3-4 tbsp Mayo I prefer homemade, but store brand works fine
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Thinly Sliced Peeled Cucumber
  • 3 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
  • Dill Weed
  • Chives
  • Salt optional
  • Ezekial 4:9 Bread

Instructions
 

  • Mix the chicken with hemp seeds, mayo, olive oil & spices.
  • Spread on your bread.
  • Add Thinly Sliced Cucumber
  • Add extra Dill Weed & EBTB Seasoning
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You can use any bread you like, or any ingredients for that matter!  This was just something I whipped up on the fly, and it ended up being extremely delicious!
